We will focus on the metaphysical energy centres in our body's and learn ways to meditate. Understand how emotions are affecting our daily lives and how the relate to our tissues. Improve your yoga practice and learn to teach others.
One weekend every three weeks, for 9 months, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-5pm.
